Privately Own Condos at Sedona Springs Resort

This place is a time share . Hot tubs open to ten pm. Not a resort since there’s no bar or restaurant! Not a hotel and not a Airbnb . It’s cheap BUT there’s no service. No changing bedding. No trash take out. They dump sheets in front of the room that don’t fit the bed. They will give you a timeshare hard sell . You don’t have to listen. Use the temp parking pass. The price isn’t refundable so choose wisely!

Well, the night we arrived there were multiple issues with our room- oven did not work, kitchen sink leaked horribly, and screen door was off the rails and leaning on the wall. Maintenance came, said this is an issue but can't fix any time soon, and we were then told 'sold out' so deal with it. Next day, reported the issues again at reception to Ken trying to ensure a fix. When we returned after a day of hiking, reception stated, 'have you looked at the room, we sent maintenance 4-5 times.' Appreciated the answer and returned to find nothing had changed, not even the screen door. We were moved to a different abode two doors down after a few hours. But kinda a damper on our first two days in Sedona to say the least. At this point, management is an issue that bleeds down to everyone else. Even the hot tubs were, 1, dirty and working and 2, not working (we did not trek to the others at that defeated point. The rooms are big (1 bdr suite) but there is no view. We will not return to Sedona Springs due to availability of places in West Sedona. VRI did provide a 16% refund for our 4 night stay after the fact a week or so later. But still, I'd rather enjoy my stay in such a unique place in the world.

We liked the friendly staff and the last minute one night stay price and the really good water pressure and hot water.. we liked the kitchen amenities as well.

The tv volume was very hard to figure out . We never were able to get the channels to change ended up having to stream movies . Frustrating took a long time . And the bed was not comfortable at all. Everytime my husband rolled over the springs on the mattress sounded like they were breaking . The room was outdated kitchen cabinets but honestly if it weren’t for the tv issues and the very hard noisy bed we would come back we loved the sweet staff and the rest and the location was great . No view but since we stayed one night in the smaller studio we were fine with that .

We loved the unit and the staff, Amy was kind enough to reach out to us after leaving my husband's favorite GSW jacket. She took the time out of her busy enough already day to offer to ship it to us. Thanks Amy, they should have at least 5 Amy's there but they are blessed just to have one

We celebrated the Thanksgiving Day Holiday with Family and Friends all in 4 separate units next to each other for 7 days. We visited the towns of Sedona, Prescott and Cottonwood during our stay.

Sedona is amazing! Great hiking, unbelievable views, good food and definitely a must visit. Close enough to the grand Canyons which is also a must see. Our place was huge. Almost too big for two people and the stairs could be challenging if you have mobility issue. It had nice amenities and well equipped kitchen. The location is fantastic and close to everything. Really nice.

The kitchen was very well stocked! Bed was comfortable and location was central.

Property was really nice - great layout and perfect for our visit. Staff was great - fun activities on property. Our unit was basically clean - floors were pretty dusty, pans were pretty worn out otherwise clean and decently appointed - the interior could use some refreshing as it is a little dated. However, floor plan was great, beds comfortable, great location. Would definitely stay here again.
