The location.

The house was unclean Did not cater for a family of 5 as it was booked as. The house was rickerty walking across the floors sounded like a herd of elephants stampeeding. The bedding was not changed from the previous occupants. As there was hairs on the linen. There was also a hole in the wall of the small bedroom and what looked like poop on the side of the sink cabinet in the ensuite.

Clean and modern

The mattress on the bed was so thin I felt I could feel the divan base it was on. 2nd day couldn't put the heating on and had no hot water, had to get a cold shower.
