"Family break"

Clean and modern

The mattress on the bed was so thin I felt I could feel the divan base it was on. 2nd day couldn't put the heating on and had no hot water, had to get a cold shower.

"Perfect for our bank holiday at the Lake District!"

The house was beautiful, very well decorated tidy and clean, easy to locate and access, with all the amenities we were looking for.

Nothing much really, just a shame that we were 5 and there were only 4 chairs at the kitchen table, also the upstairs bathroom door wouldn't close shut, which was a bit annoying.

Very clean and cosy, perfect for a family trip. The location is close enough to other parts of Lake District and definitely good value for money. Azy was very helpful and gave instructions very promptly about check in and check out procedures! Would recommend and could’ve stayed few more nights if only time permitted.
