Larnaca Comfort Rooms With Smart TV & Netflix

Nice budget stay, room was clean and had everything we needed.

Sometimes there is a lack of warm water and there is some smell in toilet.

Well, another of this cheap solutions. compared to other place i stayed at during my travels, this was not in top range. And to be honest isnt there anything to write positive about.

Same as other place i stayed in during my visit in Larnaca. Outer door open so anyone could access the kitchen area and also toilets, Kitchen better equipped but and tired old gas stowe and no hotwater in fossets. Toilets smelled bad from the drains. Information provided to you from customerservice about wifi and so on is incorrect. and had a long conversation with them the company that rent it out and told upfront that they run a business not even on site to see whats happening in building. they have no clue but just trust the so called proffessional cleaning company and the caretaker to report all. wich they of course dont. Mackenzie Beach is not the nearest beach either its Finikoudes

Do NOT stay at any “comfort rooms”; the inconvenience is not worth it. You do NOT get an “entire apartment” to yourself. Each apartment has multiple rental rooms, shared kitchen, living room, and bathrooms. Problems: (1) room I rented was occupied upon arrival; (2) multiple excuses given as to why I could not move into it; (3) WiFi stopped working, not fixed after 6 days; (4) had to move to Arch. Makariou 3 (M3) from Arch. Kyprianou (AK) to have WiFi; (5) both buildings in a state of disrepair; (6) the AK balcony sliding door did not lock (never fixed); (7) bathrooms: toilet paper goes in waste bins, insufficient hot water (a.m.), no hand soap; (8) noise/no quiet hours: street-facing rooms, other renters (at M3: tv on all night, people sleeping in living room, one party lasted past 06:00); (9) West Africans at M3 had heat up very high, in part as half of kitchen window missing. Interactions are with customer support, not owner(s): “please allow us some time,” “we have informed the caretaker,” “sorry for any inconvenience.” The least responsive places I have ever stayed in. Expedia should delist all their properties. Positives: (1) kitchen appliances and heat inverters reasonably new; (2) bathroom hand towels (shared) and common area floors cleaned daily; (3) common area trash removed daily.

The price was really good. We booked one day before our stay, and for that money (compared to other available options) this was a really good place. We also like the availability of the kitchen and the balcony in our room. There was a hanging dryer on our balcony, as well as a small table and two chairs. There were only 4 rooms in the apartment and it was not busy at all.

There is a need for deep cleaning in all areas of the house. They were cleaning all visible places and surfaces, but it was really dirty at every place, which is not visible if you are having just a look. Behind the furniture and bed, on the kitchen hood. The location is far from the bus stop (there is one nearby, but only one bus is traveling there, and not the useful one). For buses, you need to walk 10-12 minutes. For the supermarket, it's about a 5-10 minute walk.
