The room in general ok, the mattress and bed are OK. So stay for one night is possible. 15 minutes by foot to the beach. Conditioner works well, not noisy. There is shared bathroom, one of which was surprisingly clean. The kitchen have everything, maybe old, but still working.

The room was not cleaned before my stay, so I have asked to clean it, but nothing happened, no excuse or discount. The towels were dirty. Curtains were broken and cannot be opened. Pillows were bit used, so need a change.

The rooms are big and also the beds

Everything started even before check in as I’ve arrived and opened the box where my key was supposed to be and such a surprise my key wasn’t there. After saying me via WhatsApp that they will need some time to warn the “care taker” and even after saying that I’ve been on a rush they didn’t check me in after half an hour (they finally gave me a code for an another room) and the care taker has never appeared. The curtains of this room were broken in response of what they said me that the “never coming care taker” will fix. Apart from that: - Awful smell in the rooms and in the bathroom - there are not toilet paper, shampoo or gel - The place is not very clean - Mismanagement - Located in a unsafe neighbourhood (I was afraid of going out during the night)

For new people, there is quite difficult to reach, They should share the location , map, or video in advance. I was asking almost many people, but no one knows the addressee.

I arrived early but waited for 4 hours, they should arrange at least sitting are, at least we can sit somewhere down at the ground floor. Most importantly, I realised that rooms were available, but they pretended that flat is full, actually it was empty. They said before 3 I can't get the key

I didn’t like anything because the room I so small and there is no ac remote
