הכל היה נוראי!

לא להתקרב למקום הזה! הדירות ממוקמות באזור לא סימפטי! מתחת לבנין יושבים אנשים מסוממים ומפחידים. הזמנו 2 חדרים הגענו ב 12 בלילה המעלית לא עבדה ועלינו 3 קומות עם מזוודות במדרגות. מפתחות לחדרים- בכספת לחדר אחד לא היה מפתח ובחדר השתלטו דיירים אחרים! הכספת לחדר השני לא נפתחה. הקשר עם איש הקשר היה בוואטצאפ בלבד. הפנו אותנו לחדר נוסף שגם שם לא היה מפתח ובדירה היו אנשים. במשך שעה שלימה היינו צריכים לדווח לבעל המקום על הבעיות והוא מצידו רק אמר שידווח לרשויות. הרגשנו בסכנה ולכן נאלצנו לצאת משם. העדפנו להעביר את הלילה ברחוב מאשר במקום הזה. המקום לא ראוי ללינה בהזמנות מבוקינג. חוייבנו במחיר מלא! למרות שביקשנו לקבל החזר מלא . פנינו לשרות לקוחות בוקינג לעזרה אך הוא הפנה אותנו שוב לבעל המקום שסירב. החוויה הייתה נוראית.

They sent me Wrong Safebox Pin code, the elevator is not working, and the Kitchen and bathroom are extremely dirty and require maintenance

Only the comfort of the bed

Where do I start, security door to the building held back and door smashed, a lot of dodgy people hanging around outside, lights in stairwell don’t work. 90% of the accommodation is lived in by long stayers so it’s their home. You only have your room which is a bed and wardrobe. Was no hot water for the first week of my stay! Kept complaining but was ignored. I asked to be moved to another property again was ignored. My advice is spend a bit more money and stay somewhere else.
