No hot water, unless you press on something and wait 1 hour, very dirty and smiley kitchen ( like indian food and almost empty ), the staff were responding fast but that's probably the only good thing.

Very dirty. Looked nothing like photo. Bathroom had a non-functioning sink. Mattress and sheets were extremely old. The room didn't seem fully cleaned, in fact the floor was covered in a thick layer of dust. And worst of all, despite it being against the rules, they allowed other guests to smoke inside! Not being able to breathe clean air in my own hotel room was seriously affecting me. I tried for days to get the staff to fix the problem somehow, but they did nothing. Got a refund from booking.com for my remaining days, and got an airbnb for the same daily price that I am very happy with.
