The room was not particularly clean, and the rooms are also dark. We expected much more based on how it was presented in the pictures. There was no regular cleaning – we stayed there for two weeks, and someone came to clean the room only once. Since we had no way to clean the room ourselves – not even cleaning supplies – it was quite difficult for us. We were very disappointed with the accommodation, and there were cockroaches as well.

Worked for me. No complaints.

The apartment is very comfortable, close to 5th avenue, it’s also fresh and it has an elevator which comes very helpful when bringing your luggage. I would improve that to fumigate cause the mosquitoes come inside easily when opening the windows.

Al llegar a la propiedad, me percaté no había llegado el correo con instrucciones de llegada, mandé varios mensajes a la propiedad nunca te contestan, y tienen un número el cual puedes marcar, cuando marque me contestó la encargada, la cual me dijo que no tenía idea de cómo se pudo rentar ese departamento ya que estaba ocupado, tuvimos que buscar otra propiedad perdiendo tiempo y pasando un mal rato. Al solicitar la devolución, nos contactaron de inmediato comentando que todo estaba en orden que el correo de instrucciones había sido enviado, y que extraño lo que nos dijo la encargada. Estamos solicitando el reembolso ya que es un servicio que no se nos brindó.

I liked the neighborhood. I felt safe and quiet.

Dirty and full of mold. I didn't want my family and I to get sick. We left and booked another property. The property didn't want to pay us back the money we paid. Please don't believe the reviews are false.
