High recommendations, some small non important issues with apartment inventories. Safe and great location.

This property was extremely dirty! Upon check in we walked in to dirty stained sheets, dirty floors with trash and spilled liquids on the floor, horribly smelly bathroom, random small trash all throughout the house, no comforters on the beds, only large size towels. I took a video and asked them to come properly clean and leave towels for the 7 guests at 3:14pm (I received check in info at 3:03 pm and checked in around 3:10pm)I was asked if they had permission to enter and we were heading out. Arrived back around 11pm to the house looking exactly like we left it… no comforters, stained sheets, dirty floor,no towels etc…. I wrote them again with no response until the next day and by that time we left because no one was comfortable enough to sleep in that type of environment… very disappointing!

The unit we stayed in needed some cleaning. The windows were filthy, the baseboards in the bathrooms needed a good scrubbing and our towels were very stained. We did not have a coffee maker and the kettle was broken. The pool was full of leaves and there was green algae on the walls of the pool. The bar b q was unusable. Two of The lounge chairs on the roof top were broken. We voiced our concerns and no one reached out to us to address them. Unfortunately I will not return to this property nor will I recommend it.

Great location , gated community with security

The actual apartment was dirty and was in unacceptable condition. (Stains on walls, hair on floor, bed, hair and red stains on sheets ) . I was handed sheets and they couldn’t even put them on the bed. Other issues not addressed. Also, I requested the place to be cleaned the next morning and it was not. The staff said that I told them I was checking out which was obviously not the case. I’ve stayed here before and it was ok but this stay was not good at ALL!

I just wanted to extend my stay and ended up having to pay cleaning fee twice. Be careful when you extend booking.

Was on ground floor. I could hear everything and everyone. Check-in is online, and not personal. I needed someone to ask questions, or keep my suitcase for 1 hour but NOBODY was there

Nice apartment ando nice swimming pool

No wifi in the room

Beds were very comfortable. Location was great.close to everything. Easy access and instructions very clear on arrival. Pool very clean..The elevator was useful as member had limited walking ability. Would definitely stay again.

The lounging chairs by the pool in very bad shape. Only three which is not enough for the guests staying there. Only two glasses in the cupboard for a possible 4 people staying in the 2 bedroom suite. I suggested a blender would be a good addition to the kitchen.
