Nice spacious apartment, coffee machine and basic kitchen utensils available. Towels were missing when we arrived but the host responded fast and provided towels within an hour. Location is not fantastic but good and the area seems to be safe. The bathtub is a highlight. Nothing of the hotel but the alfajores in the small bakery in the entrance to the the complex are amazing.

The whole area has constructions around which are a bit noisy. apartment is a bit darkish, the hot water did not get really hot, especially for the bathtub. The bathroom door opens into the narrow bathroom which is a bit unfortunate planning. When asking for a iron, the host didn't respond properly - but did respond fast.

The room had an odor and needed cleaning. The patio door didn't lock and the response time to do things was terrible.

The 1 bedroom apartment itself was very nice and spacious but seating was a little worn and walls a bit dirty. Kitchen cookware was in bad shape. But overall, for the price it was good. Nice deck and pool on the roof but all the loungers were broken. Water and elevator broke down when we were there. Upon arrival the water was off and the cleaners left the tap on and plug in the sink when they were preparing the apartment so it flooded with 2 inches of water when it came back on. We spent 3 hours helping the handyman clean it up because all he had was a few brooms to push the water into the shower drain. The cleaners would not clean until exit so if you are there longer than a week you don’t get any cleaning, but you can ask for clean sheets and towels and garbage bags. Construction noise during the day from the apartment next door, but quiet at night. Location was excellent, close shopping and restaurants.

Warning about this apartment. Everything looks luxurious in the advertisement. When you enter, you realize that you have paid far too much money for a run-down apartment. The photos in the ad are simply glossed over and don't even begin to correspond to reality. The service is a disaster. The most basic amenities are missing. This week there were 3 loud parties in the house. Today's was all night long with loud techno music. 07:30 in the morning the techno party is still in full swing. Police operation in the building at night. The furniture is run down, dirty and old. We've had cold water olnly for over a month! It stinks regularly. There are cockroaches. The landlord always promises things but then doesn't get in touch. He doesn't seem to care about improving the situation. Even the smallest offer to perhaps wash the towels is not forthcoming. There is no will whatsoever.

Apt is very spacious and modern and could have been an excellent choice had the other issues not detracted from our stay. Good location near shops and walkable to beaches and restaurants.

Check-in was a nightmare. Filled out all required details but received nothing. Phone number listed is disconnected. Luckily was able to locate cleaning staff to assist. Apt was very dark with two small windows for minimal daylight. Photos we saw showed more windows. Kitchen was modern but lacked basic extras ( e.g. salt & pepper, tea and coffee, dish towels). Safe was not working which was concerning. We were told none of the safes in the apts function. Roof pool area was sparse had 3 lounge chairs ( 1 broken ) and broken bar stool. With proper apt management this could have been a much better stay. After our stay we moved up the road (with airbnb) for a much better experience.

The On site staff were delightful and super friendly and literally couldn’t do enough to help . Fabulous exoerience. They were super friendly and even offered child care in a medical emergency. Very friendly to my children and remembered their names which made them feel special.

This place has potential but needs new management! Upon arriving the entire kitchen floor was flooded (and continued to be for the entire 4 night stay! The managements solution was to ask the onsite staff to give me a mop…not even a bucket! My little ones slipped and hit their heads countless times!!! I couldn’t work out the exact source of water but if it wasn’t mopped hourly we had a mini swimming pool in the room!!! I had a medical emergency and needed to check out 1.5 hrs late. Although they confirmed there was no bookings after me (I assumed they should be fixing the leak) they refused any extra time. Eventually the on site staff were great and helped me resolve everything. No details were taken care of in similar local properties of the same or lower cost I have stayed. There was a big closet with no hangers, a coffee machine but no coffee to use. No oil or salt or sugar .no blender WiFi was in and out. Swimming on roof is a death trap with no barriers. Beware kids can potentially swim off the side of a 6 story building!!! Staff kindly warned me upon arrival although I definately would have seen for myself haha Sofa bed base is too small for the mattress and slides off and not comf This place has potential and the staff are delightful. I am a positive person and don’t leave negative comments however the management were very dismissive ,inconsiderate and heartless not even letting my children stay in the room and extra hr Ina medical emergency while I went to the doctors after leaving us in a flooded room for 4 days. Not acceptable

Our group loved it here. The apartment is really nice and spacious and we would definitely stay here again. Really good price and pool was nice too

It’s a bit of a walk down to the main strip, but it’s not that bad if you don’t mind a walk as you go down the main strip anyway.
