Mom and Pop motel that has been renovated and was very clean. We were given 3 rules. No smoking, no pets and no damage!

I always like to frequent small, family run businesses where possible and the owners have done a fine job of hosting guests with spotlessly clean and comfortable accomodations.Showing us to our room to make sure we knew how to adjust the heat and use the television was a nice touch as was the good coffee with real cream available in the office the next morning.

No coffee in room, had to wait until office opened at 7:30 . No ice machine. Hard bed tiny pillows

Great value for the money. Convenient location: close to St. Andrews, the US-Canada border crossing, and the highways leading to St. John's. The room was recently renovated, clean, and comfortable. The location is very quiet. A nice touch was the availability of coffee and tea in the office.

We were late arriving the owner waited for us. The room was recently updated and very clean. Definitely worth the rate we paid. A great place to stay on the way to the border.

Always pleasant. We book here once a year on our way home from Nova Scotia.
