Kasa Scottsdale Quarter Phoenix

The apartment was well appointed, very clean and inviting, and it was located in a prime location with tons of restaurants, shops and other local attractions. This was an amazing location and would be happy to stay there again. 5 Stars!!

The apartment was very clean and I absolutely loved the view of the mountains from my unit. The check in process was easy after reading through the check in instructions provided by Kasa. I liked that there was tons of coffee for me and my girlfriend and plenty of restaurants and shopping to walk to close by. Parking was really nice since we rented a car to go to Sedona during our trip.

Quietest place we have ever stayed. My spouse loved the parking garage with 2 McLaren, G wagon, Ferrari, Lotus, etc. Nice hot shower, Little kitchen. Bed was good. Great restaurants and shopping around. Would absolutely stay here again. Had gone for a medical convention.

complex and apartment were very nice. furnishings were average, but adequate. great proximity to shops, restaurants in a nice part of town. very nice gym, pool and amenities. would def stay here again.

This is just items we've noticed for the last 10 hours. The place is filthy and disgustingly dusty. The dirty was so bad it turned my feet black. The air filters are clogged and had not been changed in forever. Food stains down the front of trash can, food stains on the windows and sheets. Floor had dirt and dust everywhere including washer and dryer closet. Fans blades had a half of an inch of dust on them. There is no way that room was clean properly in months.

This was a quick 24 hour trip to Scottsdale. Communication with the property management was great throughout our stay. They gave easy to follow directions on how to go through self check in, and to find the room. The place itself was comfortable, quiet, and located in a great part of town. It was 110 outside, but the AC works well-allowing us to cool down quickly. Lots of choices to eat and shop at Keirland Commons which is literally downstairs from where we stayed.

Stayed for a week and enjoyed the amenities….great pool, gym and parking. Walking distance to many good restaurants. Costco and Safeway were short drive. The 1- bedroom suite was spacious while minimally appointed. Every time AC would start there was a banging heard in the walk-in closet plenum, not sure why but really annoying. 1 roll of tp and almost empty box of Kleenex was all we we got even after requesting more being that we stayed a full week. We would return as it was a good value and a beautiful condo building with a mixture of residences and rentals.

The apartment was perfect for our 1-night stay in the Kierland area. The check in instructions are tedious if you are parking a car, but they do provide very detailed instructions and they are quick to respond with any questions.

We absolutely love this building and the amenities. The location is perfect. We have stayed here before in a different unit and it was much better kept. This unit had a mechanical room on the other side that made incredibly loud and scary noises. The first night we thought something was seriously wrong, or that someone was trying to break in until we figured it out. The noise is consistent throughout day and night. The dryer is going to break any day now, we took a video before pulling our clothes out as it was screeching. This particular unit was not very clean, foot prints on the floor, water stains all over shower and wipe marks on cabinets and fridge. The space also needs some maintence especially around and in the showers. We will absolutely return to this complex but will be sure not to book this unit again.
