Kasa Scottsdale Quarter Phoenix

We called prior to booking several times to make sure this would be a good fit for us and our kids and especially to make sure the pool was heated. This was a winter getaway for us with three kids looking for to some fun in the sun and the pool was an absolute must. Unfortunately, the pool was ice cold and not working for our entire stay. It was a major disappointment. A smaller issue was that when we arrived, we were not provided with enough bath towels (3 for a family of 5) and had to wait nearly 24 hours to receive them. The customer service representatives were very impersonal and basically worked off a script with little to no real ability to do anything other than forward your request or complaint. Lastly, this place is a labyrinth with security codes and locks for getting just about anywhere within the building, from the garage to the pool. It seems like the neighbors don't really want you there so you try to blend in as much as possible and if you bring kids you're going to stick out like a sore thumb. We were there for 5 days, 4 nights and didn't see one young person there.

Quiet and comfortable and clean Complex and time consuming directions to enter and depart the building. Windows don’t open.

It was amazing

We really enjoyed our stay at the Kasa unit. The only challenge was figuring out access to the building and having to find temporary parking until we had our parking garage pass (all of the spots were taken). The building needs an address number on it or some other identifier to help find the entrance. I called and the Kasa agent was very helpful getting us into the building. The unit was clean, really nicely decorated and had good views of the mountains. And the proximty to the Scottsdale Quarter was great for good food and coffee. Thank you!!

Everything was just beautiful… the amenities are very great

We loved everything about our stay. The apartment was well appointed And the facility amenities far exceeded our hopes. The views from the upper terrace were incredible. We look forward to returning soon!

Do not stay in unit 2060! This unit is hard to find and the it has no natural light whatsoever. The hot water is lukewarm at best so cold showers are the norm. The pool is nice...if you can find it. There isn't one sign to let you know how to get there. Don't forget your key fob or you'll be stuck in the stairwells where the temp is well over 110 degrees.
