Serendipity Cliffside Villa & Suites

Great property with insanely stunning views. It was one of the highlights of our stay in santorini to watch the sunset from our room. The host was incredibly helpful and super responsive. The optional breakfast was pretty great too.

Everything was wonderful. The property and location were perfect. Kimon was very responsive and helpful. Even carried our bags up the stairs at 4 am. Thanks Kimon.

Beautiful villa and location was perfect! You could watch sunset from the balcony. Staff was excellent and helped us up and down the stairs with all of our luggage!

Ill equipped for the price. One wine glass to share among us, not very romantic, plus we had to pester the host for enough clean towels each day. They would respond and it wasn't necessarily the host but housekeeping. Likely an easy fix.

The view is amazing. Imerovigli probably has the best views on the island, and this place is right on top of everything. Tourists staying in other properties actually gather by the gate to get in this property to enjoy the scenery from morning to sunset. Really, the view is breathtaking. I don’t think we would have ever gotten tired of looking out from that breakfast table with our morning coffees.

I wouldn’t say we didn’t like this about the property, but future guests should know the difference between a villa/suite and a hotel. There isn’t parking or dedicated transfer services, which ended up being an issue for us when we needed to get to the airport because the service we hired didn’t show up to take us to the airport and we nearly missed our flight (24-Hour Transit Santorini). Still, not the property manager’s or owner(s)’ fault.

Great space, walkable to Fira, has a shop across the road where you can get drinks, snacks and souvenirs Has the best sunset views so no need to travel. My only thing would be it needs an umbrella or some sort of shade option for the balcony/pool area. Also the pool was not inviting and didn’t feel nice to sit in with all the peeling paint. This was a real let down for the money that we paid
