"Great Location and Value, but Mixed Experience"

This hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal. It looks brand new, and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The stay offers great value for money since breakfast is included.

The breakfast buffet spread consists mostly of Indonesian cuisine, and as a vegetarian, there were very few non-meat options to choose from. I saw a dead cockroach outside the dining room and it affected my appetite as well.

"Wonderful experience at Hotel Santika Batam!"

The receptionists Rendy and Friza were very friendly and accommodating to our requests upon our arrival! Location wise, it's a 10 minutes walk from Batam Ferry Terminal, convenient for those who doesn't want to go far from the ferry terminal. Additionally, it's also very close to the mosque, convenient for Muslim travellers. Overall, we enjoyed our time here!

Unfortunately the room 606 that I stayed smell sewage I was just staying 1 night and did not Want to bother at 3am when I woke up. I tried to deal with it then I forgot to inform the front desk.
