"The hotel is just near ferry terminal."

Not really good when I came in 2024

1. Can hear ppl motorbike speeding loudly 2. Can hear someone coughing or taking shower next room, etc. 3. No international tv program available except the local channels. 4. Breakfast buffet not much offerings

The staff at reception was very helpful. The room was clean. Everything that i need was provided. Good hotel, recommended if you visit Batam!

If there is a coffee machine at the room it would be fantastic. For me the bed is a bit too firm, i personally like it softer. And lastly, the price of the hotel can be better.
