location and room was clean

noisy. very noisy. was on the 10th floor and 11th floor was the coffeehouse. yet from 9pm to midnite it was just noisy scrapping noise, furniture moving, banging noise. and finally to top it off around 4am. a loud thunderous sound from 11th floor blasted through the rooms. i thought it was thunder but nope just some bizzare noises from the hotel.

While the breakfast was adequate and tasty, the menu didn't really change a lot over my 6-day stay.. Service staff were attentive and helpful when I arrived to check in. The room itself was adequate, and the airconditioning was cold. A minor gripe is that I was only given one room card instead of the usual two..

The bathroom was spacious but there were pretty bad, moldy grout lines dotting the shower area. Furthermore, there was a VERY strong smell coming off of the shower drain that started after my 2nd day, and persisted throughout the remaining 4 days I was there. The shower also drained very very slowly. Lastly, the location leaves a bit to be desired since it's close to the ferry terminal, but far from virtually everything else.

Everything was very good. The breakfast was great and the staff were excellent.

Nothing was bad!

Hotel room is lovely and a wide range of options for breakfast..will stay again when I am back here.

Location

Smell of the lobby and lifts. Need to change the freshener. The toilet tiles a bit too dark and flooring tiles a bit sticky.

Great experience. Superb Service especially from a staff name cahaya. The rest of all the staff was also remarkable . Would definitely rebook this hotel next time we are in batam. Breakfast was also great . Hotel room was super clean with a good clean up service everday. Recommend to all .
