Apartment was great, the bed was very comfortable. Easy walk to the shopping area and Tivoli Gardens.

The social scene at the hotel is really good, they have wine hour and happy hour and coffee hour... so really brings people together. The staff are truly amazing and as helpful as they can be. The location is great. The room size is great, my kid had a great time running around and sitting on the windowsill. The breakfast was awesome, the staff were very helpful. Very kid-friendly too.

But the room itself was a bit of letdown for us. The utensils were not clean. The bathroom shower got clogged and flooded the bathroom. The cost was not justified.

They did not clean daily our apartment and also there was only a small bin for the trash. In addition , the bathroom was not well cleaned and there was a small water leakage in the bathroom sink .

I liked the location. I liked that I could chrome cast from my device. The bed was comfortable. I was warm and able to open the windows for fresh air.

Very good advertising of apartment which I got sucked in to. Unfortunately, it was disappointing from the beginning. The 'reception' was difficult to find. Turns out, it's just the bar area where you check in. The staff were more interested in telling me about happy hour and night cap hour than telling me about points of interests, where to put rubbish, will the room be serviced, what the number to reception is. In the advert they boasted a (very) good hairdryer - this was no different to the very slow hairdryers I'd had at much cheaper accommodation. No servicing, so the expectation was that my rubbish and towels lasted four nights, five days in the same room?? When i asked for more towels and where I should keep my dirty towels, they said to leave them on the floor and housekeeping would come. They didn't. So the towels ended up in the hallway. It took over 36 hours for them to remove the towels. Luxury products? No conditioner. Conditioner goes with shampoo. The curtains didn't even reach the bottom of the window sill, so light poured through.The glasses and plates and coat-hangers were very high up, and with nothing to stand on, i had difficulty reaching. The rain shower - well, it was full of calcium and lime, so unfortunately water would spurt in all directions. A shower cap would have been nice. I read that the rooms were soundproofed - incorrect. I heard people in other rooms coughing, i heard traffic, and i heard footsteps above me. The 'designer' chair was stained. That you advertised the room with a bedside table and lamp - seriously, all hotels have these. On your website it states 'don't do ordinary'...that's what your hotel was. The kettle was dirty. The towel turned pink while on the floor, and the bathroom needs a very good clean. ; This is not a four star apartment; i felt lured in by very good advertising, but the reality of the place painted a very different picture.

Amazing hotel. Friendly staff, lovely decor, great sized apartment, good location, amazing that the hotel offer the coffee, wine and ‘ripple’ time.

Only issue we had was the extractor fans broke in our apartment and weren’t attempted to be fixed during our stay. This impacted the cooking we were able to do.

Breakfast was excellent, organic with barista coffees and even sparkling wine if you felt so inclined! The free wine hour and nightcap hours were the perfect place to meet other visitors and we enjoyed our conversations with people from all over the world!
