Apartments by Brøchner Hotels

Location is excellent and overall this was a great place to stay. We paid extra for the breakfasts in advance and glad we did; it was good an enough to choose from. The staff were very nice and friendly, but they were unable to fix two different broken lights we told them about. We were in the 5th floor which wasn't good because some of the walls were sloped to form part of the ceiling. I need to move the bed just to get in one side. This would have been a 5 if we were on a different floor and everything worked in the apartment.

The hotel is well-located in the city centre, making it easy to get around, and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

The apartment we booked was disappointing. It had small windows with poor ventilation, the extra bed we requested wasn’t prepared, and the bathroom was cramped due to sloping eaves, with limited lighting unsuitable for makeup. The dining table light also kept switching off every few minutes despite being reported, and overall the room lacked the warmth, comfort, and quality expected for the price.

ALL the team members in the reception and customer service are super friendly, professional and helpful. I haven’t met like them before Go ahead 🫶

The property was central, clean and comfortable. The facilities within the apartment were great and the complimentary wine each nice was a lovely extra touch.

We really liked the happy hours. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would say, though, the room could be a bit cleaner (microwave had not been cleaned, dusty in places) and if it was any warmer (it was 21/22c) outside, an air conditioner would be necessary, which the room did not have. But the layout of the room was great, as was the supplies (coffee tea milk).

Fantastic stay here and would highly recommend. Excellent service, clean, spacious and modern. We had an apartment for a couple of nights and we were able to rent bikes from the property easily to explore Copenhagen. A really great location, less touristy but still easily accessible to all the main attractions. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for an apartment and would not hesitate to book again if I was returning to Copenhagen. All of the staff were extremely welcoming, and helpful. Thank you for a brilliant stay.

Excellent location, handy for the city centre. Clean, bright and well appointed

You can walk to everywhere, no Air-con if you come in the summer so you have to open windows then there is a lot of noise as its above a restaurant bar. But they did provided a fan. If you came in the colder months would not be an issue.
