Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden. Unser Zimmer war aber leider grossem Lärm ausgesetzt. Restaurant Lärm direkt unter unserem Zimmer. Festgesellschaft im Garten, direkt vor unserem Zimmer, laute Autostrasse, 24 Stunden summen eines Katalysators. Türen nicht ebenerdig geschlossen, deshalb sehr lärmig.

Todo el personal con el que tratamos, las recepcionistas del otro hotel, los que nos atendieron en el desayuno, las instalaciones, comodidad,...

Que no haya un trato personal para la recepción. Es todo digitalizado con un complicado check in. Eso es lo q le resta. No se entiende que un lugar de esta categoría escatime en gastos de personal para una recepción.
