Fabulous apartment. Spacious and comfortable. Great location.

Heating kept failing and had to keep resetting it, luckily I am a heating engineer but most people would have had a cold weekend, we phoned the helpline and emailed the on our first morning but never had a response of any kind, very poor

On first impression the apartment looked reasonable, it was quite large, open plan living room/kitchen with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. High ceilings with ceiling lights and painted all in white which made it bright.

As it was terrible weather, storms and high winds, when we arrived to tried to turn on the heating and unfortunately it didn't work although the pipe from the boiler itself was warm none of the radiators heated up at all. In an apartment located on the higher floor it was open to all of the elements outside and as the heating didn't turn on it was extremely cold, and as this is a listed building I am presuming there is no wall insulation and it therefore made the apartment very unpleasant to stay in. I did email and phone the contact I had for the apartment and they apologised, dropped off 2 tiny electric heaters which barely took the chill off the apartment and rooms until they could arrange for someone to come check out the boiler which never happened and we had to put up with this heating arrangement for the 4 days we were there. Fortunately we were in Glasgow for a weekend festival at the OVO so we spent little time in the apartment apart from sleeping. As I stated on first impressions the apartment looks good but the fixtures/finishings of it and the exterior parts was very poor, the landing area outside the apartment didn't have any lighting which made trying to enter the door code to the apartment difficult without a mobile torch light. There were small alarm clocks in each of the bedrooms but no batteries in them, stains on the top runner sheet on one of the beds, the beds themselves were small doubles, some of the hooks on the back of a bedroom door had obviously fallen off and not replaced, the tap in the kitchen was loose and kept wobbling when turned on and it was difficult to see which side was hot or cold water, there were no dessert spoons (only soup ones) for eating cereals in the morning, the kitchen units themselves had obviously been recycled as the finish wasn't great along with some of the doors, the drop down lights in one of the bedrooms also didn't work.

Good location, had everything we needed. Cafe down stairs was lovely.

We couldn’t get the heating on and we were freezing all weekend, I phoned a contact number several times without reply , I emailed the website address with no reply.

It was a lovely flat great placement for royal as I was visiting family

I liked the location was close to the city.

The heating system did not work. The thermostat in the unit was -1 at night and was absolutely freezing. I contact the hotel support and no one would return my msgs. Absolutely appalled my how they conducted themselves and would tell anyone to stay away from this property.

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Better than the 4 star hotels I'd stayed in. The fridge was large and the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed.

The washing machine broke on me. The flooring in the bathroom was a little water damaged. There wasn't a coat hook near the front door - I'm not sure if that's normal for Glasgow. No one came to clean anything whilst I was there. I didn't have a broom, mop or vacuum that I could've used myself if available.
