The location was great. Lots of fun bars and restaurants nearby and easy access to Manhattan. The lobby bar was nice. Liked that there was a steamer in the room.

The value was not there. The room left so much to be desired. I know NYC hotel rooms are small, I’ve stayed in dozens, but this was uncomfortably small. The bathroom was basically in the bedroom. The toilet door is see through - who wants that? There no closet or drawers, it was almost impossible to unpack anything because there’s no where to put it. No fridge or coffee maker or anything like that. Half the outlets didn’t work. Cheap quality toilet paper, towels, and shampoo/body wash combo. Don’t understand what we were paying $650/night for when we could’ve gotten more amenities for half of that at a place nearby.

Clean and in walking distance to where I was going.

Very loud on Friday and Saturday night.

Good location, the staff very professional and warm, the views from the 9th floor spectaculars. Ideal for young people

Is NYC and the rooms are tinny, the rooms have very small closet, they don't have fridge in the rooms.

De locatie in een geweldige wijk, heerlijke bedden.

De wasbak is buiten de badkamer en klein voor een family kamer. Het dakterras is prachtig maar alleen open in het weekend en dan staat de muziek heel hard en is het vooral een feest ipv een terras. Wat prima is.
