The beds were comfy and did not have any issues with anyone bothering us.

Lack of breakfast options

Sheets were dirty and stained. Furniture was gross and worn. Bathroom did not work. Walls were scratched and bare. Area was extremely sketchy. We got here late and didn’t have a choice but to stay. Initially they gave us a room missing the added sofa we paid for and then they gave us a different room and acted like it was an upgrade. The room was filthy. I’d like a refund.

Room was clean.. Ish. I counted 11 dead beetles and spiders on the floor. Towels had stains on them. And not sure but looked liked there were dried up blood in the sink. And a weird orange stain on the bathroom wall. Toilet acted likenit didnt want to flush.

The bed and bedding were ok, thank goodness!

Strong cigarette smoke smell. Sofa was old and caved in, did not look like something I would ever choose to sit on, much less pull out and sleep on. Pool was not open, it had a foot of green water in it (that was our "garden view"). The bathtub was tiny and dirty, no way I'd take a bath in it (the pictures in the listing were of a clean,spacious, luxurious looking bathroom). No breakfast was served, though it was advertised. This was advertised as a 3 star hotel and it was priced as such....it was definitely not. Really disappointing experience.

This use to be a decent hotel. We have stayed there dozens of times throughout the years. It has been severly going down hill. This stay is our absolute last. Everything about our stay was horrible. Staff acted very strangely and we did not feel one bit safe.

The property...The breakfast..The staff...The price...The bugs... The guests....everything enjoyed no parts of the stay.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. We’ve stayed there many times.

I wish breakfast on Sunday would last another hour longer. We tend to get in late Saturday and like to sleep late. By the time we are up and showered and dressed, breakfast is done.

It’s to old, need a complete renovation.
