Electric outlets didn’t work. Stains on sofa cushions. Minimal breakfast options and no bowls “we ran out”. Orange juice watered down. Bathroom floor sticky. Waffle batter drips on floor. How does this place have an 8.5 rating??

It’s always clean and staff is helpful.

Breakfast until 9, but at 8:45 everything was being taken down. Wanted another cup of coffee and some juice before I checked out.

Was overcharged by hotel for a night that was rescheduled. Then charged $30 more for early Check-in. Have not been refunded for either when I was told I would recieve one. for S80.00 and $30.00 Bookin com can you please refund me all I didn't Stay there.

"Unclean , very minimal accommodations"

Nothing

Not clean, very dim hallways and breakfast area. Terrible breakfast, sofa sleeper couch was so worn out, couldn’t even sit on it. No outlets bedside
