One drawback was the only mirror is in bathroom, could do with one in bedroom for blow drying hair etc.

View & Location is great, use of space in the apartment very good. Decor Good.

Check In - Going across town at rush hour to get keys, vary difficult and was additional time and effort. Extra costs for parking, needed to pay in addition to costs seems cost plus by Booking.con Bought parking on line as required, still didn't work - got a ticket when i woke up. Lots of bites on my legs, think there were flees in bedroom quilt / throw. No freezer compartment in fridge.

The apartment is lovely, although there are a few things that need attention, as others have mentioned. The bed was lovely and comfy. Overall, it was a lovely apartment for 2 of us, probably not suitable for any more than that

Communication with the company was frustrating. They got the booking date wrong, and trying to arrange an early check-in was unsuccessful, and I never received a call back. The drive to pick up the keys and drop them back is a little annoying as we only had a small window of time to enjoy our stay, and we had to leave the yard to get the keys.

Nothing had to leave 2 hours later, due to mouse droppings being found, which I had photos to show. Reported it to the owners they have refused to refund me and they still got my damage deposit. I had my children with me, was suitable for kids when it states it does when book it. Danger ladders and dangerous bathroom sink and couldn't use the bath as when tried to the shower kept coming on at the same time. Also no WiFi there when it states they have it but the password wouldn't work so couldn't use the services they said they provide for our stay.

The property was lovely, and quirky with a beautiful view. The bed above the kitchen was accessed via a ladder which was very fun for the children. The house had everything we needed other than extra mirrors. We were getting ready for an event and the only mirror was in the bathroom, it would be nice to have a full length mirror somewhere.

The bath tap was dripping and the bed in the master bedroom creaked a lot. We booked the allocated parking space, however, when we arrived, another car was already in the space as we had to pay for pay and display parking which was more expensive.

Reception staff bored and unhelpful. Asked for late checkout and they said they would call within the hour. We never received a call during our entire stay. I paid £15 for late check out using their automated facility. I received an automated email 5 days later declining the request. Shower head held up with bits of wire. Sink in bathroom blocked and wouldn’t drain. Poor ventilation in property means it’s hot and stuffy. Second bedroom is actually a shelf above the kitchen which is accessed via a very steep and dangerous ladder. In summary it should be called Poor Serviced rather than Pure Service
