Lovely location and lovely stay, had everthing we needed.

Not a dislike just a note to future people that you do have to pick the keys up for this stay about 5 minute drive from the place itself

The location was fantastic

The bathroom sink was blocked - a little frustrating during the stay.

Fabulous flat in great new development - nearby pubs and restaurants - 10 mins trip into the city centre

Location was great

No hot water - shower had been reported broken at 2pm on the day we were due to stay - no one told us there was no hot water and the maintenance man turned up as we were leaving. No offer of recompense - no real interest at all!!

lovely size and comfortable

Window blonds broken so couldn’t close them, not great in midsummer when it’s light at 4.30am. Plates and mugs not very clean. Bath taps only worked on shower setting. No ability to get fresh air in and couldn’t find a thermostat to adjust for cooler air.

The accommodation was disappointment. Not only did I find that there was an addition £12.50 to pay for parking at the property, which was not specified in the booking. The property is clearly advertised as having doors that open from the lounge to the outside sea front. On arriving at the property I found the doors from the lounge locked and no key available to unlock them. When calling the reception I was told that they had been locked for "security" reasons and could not be opened. It appears the owners do not trust their guests to keep the property secure. This rendered the property useless for our needs as well as making the property unbearably hot to be in during the day. There is a large window in the bedroom that can be opened, which is large enough for someone to climb through, but this isn't lockable so there seems to be a difference of opinion about security here.
