My Home Hotel Punta Cana

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the hotel was in very poor condition. The bathroom, shower, and toilet were dirty with mold, the sink smelled musty, and the entire room had a strong moldy odor. Many of the fixtures were rusty. It was so uncomfortable that I stayed for less than an hour and had to rent an Airbnb instead. Despite the great staff, the property itself needs major improvements.

Los alrededores son excesivamente ruidosos. Dentro del cuarto era como tener la bocina a todo volumen dentro. Prometen WiFi y no hay.

Place was clean, affordable and met expectations considering neighborhood

Die sehr laute Lage, das unfreundliche Personal, kein fließendes Wasser, auch nicht im WC. (Wurde später behoben). Noch nicht einmal Kaffee war zu kriegen.

Very good costumer service

Las sábanas sucias , el sillón sucio. No tenían ni jabón para las manos , no servía ka TV , no había internet en el cuarto , Tuve que ir a recepción a pedir papel de baño y jabón oara manos , y buscar una botellita para que me pusieran el jabón !!

The checking crew was very nice! Location was not too far from the airport. Not hot waters at all.
