My Home Hotel Punta Cana

Hola la propiedad en general es limpia, pero no habia agua caliente, otro aspecto que las sabanas tenían manchas

Well staff was friendly but sink water did not work and shower had missing knob so the only way I was able to shower and rinse was with filling a plastic bottle and doing it that way. Definitely would not stay here again.

No salía agua del lava manos, la ducha estaba rota, nos tuvimos que duchar con agua fría, el frigobar no funcionaba y para terminar una iglesia con música a un volumen COMPLETAMENTE INNECESARIO no nos permitió descansar. Tampoco brinda elementos de higiene necesarios. Una pésima experiencia.

La atención en My Home Hotel muy bien. Un excelente para el chico que nos atendió ( Ney) Preocupado por todo y muy amable. Todos los que nos atendieron muy bien. Y el agua no faltó en el baño que era mi preocupación. Aire acondicionado y wifi.

I had a very disappointing experience at this motel. The bed sheets were stained, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty and had rust on the fixtures, and the floor throughout the room was also dirty. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well-maintained. I would not recommend staying here unless the management makes significant improvements to their cleaning standards.

J’ai séjourné dans cet hôtel avec mes amies et nous avons été vraiment ravies ! L’accueil était chaleureux, les chambres propres et confortables, mais ce qui a vraiment fait la différence, c’est le réceptionniste Marc. Il a été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour,toujours souriant, attentionné et prêt à nous aider pour quoi que ce soit. Grâce à lui, notre expérience a été encore plus agréable. Un grand merci Marc pour ton professionnalisme et ta bienveillance ! Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 %, et je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Muy buena experiencia, el Joven de Lobby muy amable y atento, el hotel es pequeño pero muy cálido y todo muy limpio y en orden y muy cómodo. :D
