The staff. The location is excellent, and the staff is wonderful—everyone treated me incredibly well. The service was outstanding. There were three ladies who helped me, including Olivia and two others whose names I can’t remember—one of them was the housekeeper. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because of the shower—it doesn’t have doors, so water spills out when you bathe. If that’s not an issue for other travelers, I think this is a great option. I truly recommend it. Congratulations to all the staff, and thank you for welcoming us with such beautiful smiles. You were incredibly kind—never change!

The showers are not confortable because all the water spills out.

Almost everything! We like the room, the bed is comfortable , location - its in the old town, and a few minute walk to bus station and staff are really nice and accommodating.

The shower. It’s too small and no glass cover. So everything will be wet.

Great Value, location, employees, balcony, cleanliness.

We really enjoyed the place. Room was small, but all we needed. Water pressure was medium, but good. Never went to the rooftop. We would definitely book again. Thank You!
