This is a beautiful small hotel in the heart of Chania Old Town. You couldn't be closer to the action if you tried. We stayed on 3rd floor in the room with the balcony and hot tub for 5 nights. It was glorious! The room is spacious, the balcony gets sun all day, the sun loungers and patio furniture are really comfortable. Coming home from a day at the beach to sit on the balcony drinking wine til the sun goes down is my favourite holiday past time. The staff are so friendly and always have time for a chat on the way in and out to your room. They made it so special. They even gave us a small gift as we were leaving, such a lovely touch! I would 100% go back to stay here!

There was nothing about this place I didn't like and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I booked the top room suite with the tub outside on the private terrace (with a great view of Chania) and I had a *magnificent* time - it's a holiday in itself in this hotel! The staff were really lovely and helpful as well and everything was really clean. Would 100% stay again.

Very cosy and clean. I liked it had a balcony.It was very close to harbour.extremly friendly receptionist.we would defo come back to this hotel again in future.

Shower cabin did not have a door ,also broken shower handle but we stayed only 1 night so not a problem

Location

The stairs have no handrail. Our bedroom was right next to the desk which was the reception so it was very loud early in the morning. The bathroom shower didn’t close properly There was no space to place our suitcase.

Location is excellent, included breakfast is excellent and plenty, staff is very kind, it’s very clean and the terrace is private and a very big plus.

Struggled to get enough water for all 4 of us to shower, shower drain blocked first night, toilet didn’t flush well, low water pressure, the kids sofa bed was uncomfortable, bathroom too small.

I liked the amenities provided as well as the free water and customary wine bottle.

There was really no watch cloths had to use hand drying towels as a wash cloth and also the shower drained quickly therefore we had to put towels down for over filling.
