Arte Sano Hotel San Cristobal

Great value last minute booking (we booked on the day), breakfast was delicious (tacos, fruit and pancakes) shower was super hot with great pressure, bed was comfy, good chest of drawers for clothes storage, good tv for an evening movie.

Shower head was broken and needs repairs and water spurting out of the join, rather than coming out the head properly. We advised hotel staff, so they will likely fix it.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Pleasant staff

The room was so cold. There wasn't a portable heater or enough blankets. Mattress was hard, pillows so thick and it hurt our necks. No washcloths in the bathroom and only liquid soap (no other toiletries). The coffee machine had old coffee in it which had me doubt the cleanliness of the entire room. It was a pricy stay and these details were unacceptable considering the price

Everything was fine to me.

The staff was super friendly also the receptionist booked all our tours and helped us if we needed anything. The room was very clean and big.

The rom was very cold in the night. No heater in the room.

The room was damp and had a noticeable humidity smell. Despite being provided with extra blankets, it was uncomfortably cold at night.

Pase 1 noche Él servicio del personal excelente Las habitaciones bastantes rústicas solo que la cama rechinaba mucho al moverse. El desayuno muy bueno .. Ojo el agua de la regadera del baño se salía.Gracias por su hospitalidad.
