Muy bonito hotel muy cerca de todo a pie no necesitas tomar ningún transporte para conocer San Cristóbal de las Casas, personal muy atento y servicial, si buscas un hotel con lo básico este es el indicado

Everyone was so nice, we traveled with our dogs and they were so welcomed, Easy access to the town, with many shopping, and eating options around.

The hotel overall is nice If you get the right room! I had one with one tiny window on the ground floor, very dark and no hot shower in the morning, only at night.

La televisión no daba ningún canal, aunque la habitación estaba limpia, es muy básica. el desayuno al igual muy básico. El internet muy lento. Pet friendly y muy comprometidos con el medio ambiente.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Special thanks to Flor at the reception, very polite and very helpful lady. Very clean hotel. Nice and authentic. The location is great, just in the centre of San Cristobal, everything is walking distance. Good value for money paid.

The nights were getting very cold. Would be great to have a heater inside the rooms. And still, it didn't spoil the impression from this cosy hotel.
