no tiene calefacción los cuartos, quise calentar una pizza y me lo negaron que por que el hotel era vegano

The staff was nice and helpful. We had to leave before 8am so we got a lovely packed breakfast with an exceptional sandwich and some fruit. The parking was nearby and easy to find. There was hot water.

The room had a strong moldy smell. It appears there was black mold on the ceiling that was just covered with some paint. It was on the ground floor and the small windows were directed at the patio so we had to keep them closed. In addition, there is no AC or heating and it was very cold at night so it wasn't even a choice to open a window. We both couldn't sleep because it was so cold and the thin blanket was far from enough. The bed linen had dust bunnies all over. The bed was uncomfortable. There was a very loud mechanical noise from outside the room once in a while. Overall, I understand this isn't a 5 star hotel, but I've stayed in basic hotels before and this isn't what I expected. This is the first time ever that I actually considered just leaving in the middle of the night to stay in a different hotel.
