Room is very clean & spacious.. and also staffs behaviour is very polite..

Staffs are very supportive, specially Tousif is very helpful. He guided us properly, very friendly and polite behaviour. As per price rooms are worthy, clean. Hot water available. I enjoyed my stay with my family.

Bed sheet are clean but it seems like those are now very old so i advice they should buy new bedsheets.

Nothing much to highlight.

Full of mosquitos. Couldn't sleep at all. We checked out in the middle of the night as we couldn't stay there with kids.

I stayed there for 2 days with family. Manager Nandakumar is very polite and provided us with good service. Food quality is very good. Staff is very polite and cooperative. I recommend this hotel for those who want comfortable stay in Satara.

Spacious and Clean Rooms. Excellent Service. Friendly staff, especially Tousif who went out of the way to assist and also recommended a great Restaurant for dinner.

Toilet placement / Flush button prevents Toilet cover to remain Up. (Room 105)

The Staff is very courteous and helpful. We had a late checkin (after midnighy) but the staff was very coopertaive. Special mention to Nandkumar and the staff who was on night duty ( forgot to ash his name. Do not get foolwd by the entrance and outside ambiance as it lools outdated ..the rooms are excellent and rooms very well maintained. I had a requesy for an extra bed which was taken care of before we arrived. The morning complimentary breakfast was very good as well.

They do lock the entry at night ( maybe security reasons)
