Excelente el único detalle es que las duchas del baño no tienen presión, el agua es mi poca la que sale

I actually booked this hotel only the day before. When I arrived for check-in, Naidelis and Yelitza were so nice and helpful. And Ramon and Danny were great too! I actually had to move my room as the internet was not so good, and they moved me without hesitation! Great 3-day stay and the bar/restaurant was full of energy!

Very good service

This was a last minute booking and we were able to check in and be accommodated to our room, the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our only suggestions would be: we did not have hot water for the shower, not sure if there was a switch to turn on (as some places in DR have a separate switch for the hit water tank) also the room has a musty smell to it, this went away as soon as we had turned on the AC to air it out, so perhaps hotel members or housekeeping may keep this little consideration in mind, and lastly, the included breakfast did not have much available we were there between 8-am-9-am and we’re limited to jam and cheese sandwhich or mashed or pure yucca. No biggie but just the thought.

Cant complain. Nice and clean and breakfast.

Despite them boasting about their staff speaking 3 languages it turned out they only spoke Spanish. There was no cable/satilite tv service; also the A/C unit in the first room did not work. The 2nd room I was moved to had a working A/C unit but it also had an ANT infestation. However the staff were at the very least pleasant and eager to help once we solved the language barrier.
