Location was perfect

It is a new hotel good in all areas. Perfect location near everything. It is cleaned daily and the breakfast included is a plus.

Ceiling noise at night and in the morning too.

My stay at the Melina Hotel in downtown Higuey was truly fantastic! The location is ideal—just a 40-minute drive from Punta Cana and perfect for exploring the area. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive, and I felt well taken care of from the moment I arrived. Breakfast is served in the state-of-the-art Kaleus Restaurant on the third floor, where a buffet spread offers a delicious start to the day, and the à la carte menu for lunch and dinner is equally impressive. The brand-new rooms are modern, comfortable, and spotless, providing an excellent place to unwind. The hotel’s pricing offers exceptional value, and the added security—with guards watching over two parking lots and the hotel grounds—brings extra peace of mind. I highly recommend the Melina Hotel; it’s a wonderful choice for anyone visiting the area!

Melina Hotel is a fantastic place to stay for anyone visiting Higüey. I highly recommend it! The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff was wonderful. The dinner options were both delicious and reasonably priced. Although I had a minor issue with the TV remote not working, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Another bonus is the adjacent dental clinic with great doctors who are very professional—I visited and was truly impressed!

Not really too many complaints. Staff was super nice. Room was perfect. Restaurant was the best!

The rooms are very modern and clean, also the staff are very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi works all through the hotel. Breakfast is good also.
