Location was excellent.

I thought there was a sofa bed but there wasent. The TV was missing? There was a whole in the door were someone had punched it. The lock on the door was very dodgy. The wurst thing was that it was all shared facilities and the shower wasent very nice.

This place is wrongly advertised, it is not an entire apartment shared only with the people in your party. It is a room within an apartment that you hsafe a living space and a bathroom and kitchen with. False advertising AND hairs on the beds, not clean at all.

appartment are terrible ,not clean ,food left at kitchen ,bedroom door hole by punch , floor are firthy ,,went into girl out from bathroom ,having shower ,, worst place we have see this place it worst in laranca holiday place ,, phone owner ,,not helpful , into appartment we looking for name of this place ,,nothing at outside ,,went into building lobby are firthy lift are terrible not clean ,, chairs at appartments all seats springs broke ,can see under chairs ,we went in took a look then out of appartment about 15 mins never never go back ,,bloody awful ,!!!!!!

Sold as 'entire apartment', but it is anything BUT! You have a tiny room entirely taken up by the bed, and EVERYTHING ELSE IS SHARED! And not guests, but long term residents who were cooking fish when I arrived (I smelt it the moment the lift door open - which also stank of very recently burned cigarette smoke!), along with doing mounds of laundry (strewn all over the 'kitchen' floor!). The balcony was full of ashtrays full of cigarettes, but I was just generally shocked by the whole thing..... I WAS PAYING FOR AN APARTMENT ON MY OWN! For the first time ever, I walked straight out, put the keys back in the keybox, and booked another apartment 300m down the road. So now I am battling with these people for a refund, but surprise, surprise...... are now no longer contactable! I will be making an official complaint to Expedia, as I cannot believe they would allow such a false advert to be posted on their site, and no doubt will have to report these cowboys for breaches of the Consumer Rights Act to get my refund (I took plenty of pictures and video!): this is the WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISFORTUNE TO BOOK! FOR THE LOVE OF WHATEVER DEITY YOU HOLD DEAR..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS ABSOLUTE CESSPOOL!!!

The only good aspects were the location and the view.

The room was in a shared apartment what no one that stayed there the 2 nights that we stayed knew about. The house needs a lot of maintenance and some deep cleaning. The shower didn't have a door, the lights sometimes didn't work and the water in the kitchen as well. There was a lot of insects as well.

as a dance we had the room with individual bathroom it was ok.

I don't recommend it if you want a clean room with essentials like towels and sheets which were not enough in the room. the manager did not send us anything we asked for, the details he sent us were not understandable for check in. also some parts were old (such as windows) resulting in noise and cold.. old devices like hair dryers.. and the main thing there were no European sockets to charge something .. mobile, tablet, laptop.. and any other device. .

The only thing that I liked was the wiew and that everything was nearby

The whole unit was dirty, especially the bathrooms. There were no warm water at all, and if you cleaned the dishes in the kitchen sink the washing water came back at one of the showers. Also there weren't enough forks, spoons ect. for 8 people and one of us even didn't recieve a duvet. The chairs were all broken and in horrible condition. At the booking platform it says that this apartment can acommodate 10 people, but I don't know how it is possible because then 2 people would need to sleep in a little couch. Overall the location and the wiew was amazing, but there were a lot of things that you need to consider if you can accept them or youre standards are higher. I think if the owner would put in a little effort this place could be awesome, it has a lot of potencial.
