Larnaca Seaview Rooms

Property is not as described or depicted in pictures. It’s a room in a 3 bedroom flat. Bathroom is shared with all 3 bedrooms. Shower was filled with black mold. The mini split didn’t work and there was no heat. There weren’t any sheets on the bed and the comforter was paper thin.

Great location and amazing view from the room. Host was helpful when requested. The good thing is that the room #2 has a private bathroom although it says on booking that it is shared. Worth the money but wouldn't like to stay longer than a night or two.

The whole appartment struggles with high humidity and mold around all corners, windows, bathroom. The furniture is quite old and even though the room got cleaned before we entered, with all the mold, it did not feel as clean as enough. If invested in a few new pieces of furniture, it would look much better.

Very bad room you cannot stay in those rooms and is unacceptable. The people manage those rooms had very bad behavior.

The location is OK, and only the location. The staff, quality of service, support, contact vere terrible. They took my money for a room with sea view, while I got room with no windows with terrible fungus on the ceiling and walls.

When I arrived there was nothing prepared. Contact with the staff was very difficult and thery were not helpful at all. I was getting contradictory information and twice they told me to open different key booths with no keys inside. Afterwards, I got room with no windows even though I paid for windows view... There room was smaller than it should be and there was fungus on the ceiling and walls (prob from the AC). One I askek for help and I said I want to change my room I was told they can't help me and offered me a chance to change the room another day, when then knew I was leaving this day. They didn't want to compensate the situation, I highly don't recommend this place. If you take it under consideration, I'd rather pick something else in this area, which is full of sea view apartments. The flat is very dirty as well and seem lobody cleans it often.

Apart from the view which was great the apartment was not. The room had 2 water leaks from above. The bedroom and the bathroom light fixture was dripping water. Both floors were wet the bathroom particularly and all available towels used to mop up which meant no towels for a shower. Entry instructions lacking. AC remote inop. TV needed an adapter to work?? No soap. Old food left on the kitchen counter. Taxi recommend did not turn up for our early morning airport ride creating some panic. In general poorly managed and lacking maintenance but with care could be a good unit as the location is very nice. At the off season price still a bad deal would hate to pay summer rates. Definitely not worth it. Never again.

The ad contained false and misleading facts: not all rooms have a sea view, as falsely advertised in the pics ...

It was single bedroom with a shared balcony, kitchen, and bathroom. None of this was disclosed in the description. The door to the room had a whole punched into it and the door knob fell off while we were using the ancient key to unlock the door in the keyhole you can see through directly to the bed.
