There was nothing to like about the apartment. There was a lot of mould (even on the covers there was black stuff) no TV, no hot water in the entire building, the balcony has only two chair and table about to break down.

The guesthouse is in a great location, very close to the beach, and in the evenings I enjoyed the sea view from the window. I had a bit of trouble with the entrance, but I contacted the administration, and they explained how to open the doors. By the way, I reached out to them a few more times with questions, and they responded quickly, which is commendable. The internet is fast. You can reach the airport in 15 minutes for 15–20 euros. It’s a convenient guesthouse, especially in terms of value for money. There are numerous shops in the area, and the shared kitchen in the house allows you to prepare your own meals — a particularly useful feature for long-term guests.

The guesthouse is a bit outdated and clearly in need of renovation. There was no insect screen, which is essential, and the mosquitoes practically ate us alive ))) There were also insects crawling on the floor. It's quite common to use insect repellents or sprays to solve this issue completely, but unfortunately, such things seem to be neglected. Please take these observations as constructive suggestions — everything else can be improved. Of course, after some investment, prices will probably go up, but since this is a 24/7 remotely monitored property without a reception, it's possible to balance things out. I’m sure it was much more appealing when it had just opened.

Terrible and Disgusting! Not recommended! The room smells of damp and musty. A 5 night stay at this room was a nightmare. - Since I arrived 4 lights were burnt out in the bathroom, messaged the manager to get replaced, I waited 3 days to get fixed, was told they ordered and have to wait. How come they don't have in stock!!! - The room wasn't clean well especially under the bed, the bedding smell so bad. the sofa is filthy. Lack of cleanliness and hygiene.

DONT GO THERE!!!!! the apartment was like a bad comical horror movie. When I arrived all private rooms and the main apartment door were open but nobody was inside. You couldn't even close the main entrance door. It looked like someone broke into the house. It was extremely dirty and there were cables hanging out of the wall. You couldn't close the shower because there was no glass door. When I talked to the support hotline he didn't even understand my problem. There were people inside saying they sleep in the public shared room. I thought this was rather a crack house than a hotel. I felt extremely unsafe there.
