Smuks skats no balkona, pašā pilsētas forsakaja vietā, jau otro reizi rezerveju šo vietu, bet pa 3 gadiem īpašnieks pilnīgi neko nav atjaunojis.

Tajā dienā lija lietus, mūsu istabiņā tecēja no griestiem, visas apmales sapuvušas (ne jau no 1 lietus reizes) , gandrīz iestregam lifta,jo pēkšņi salūza, labi,ka tikām ārā. Gaisma koridorā nav, uz 6 stāvu kāpām pa kāpnēm. Mikrene nestrādāja,stāvēja skaistumam 🙂 Pārējās "ekstras" neparbaudiju. No istabiņas uz balkonu durvis aizslegtas, jāiet tikai caur koplietošanas istabu. TV kontakts karājās, pārejas nav,lai iespraustu kontaktligzdā. Virtuvē viens mini dvielitis uz 3 istabām. WC nosuceja vieta vienkārši caurums. Neesmu ļoti prasīga,bet tās ir elementāras lietas. Caur lielo logu istabā neko nevar redzēt, nav tīrīts jau sen. Piedodiet par šādu komentāru, bet es arī lasu cilvēku atsauksmes,tas palīdz nebūt šokā ierodoties vietā,kur smuki aprakstīts kā reklāmā.

Трудно е да се настаниш, води се стая 1, а е апартамент 61 - стая 1 , но няма информация нито за етаж, нито за номер на апартамент.

A run-down, poorly maintained apartment in a premium location which has so much potential but is no longer cared for except for being a cash cow.

Unfortunately from the moment walking into the door there are smashed door frames, scratched floor tiles, torn and unsightly balcony sun blind sadly flapping in the wind, dirty windows, curtains fallen down and left . No hot water, was asked to wait for someone to come. Wasted entire first day waiting for someone to arrive who did not arrived until late in the evening, for them to discover the hot water supply had been disconnected. There is no TV as shown in the photographs. The shower and shower tray is surrounded by potentially dangerous black mould. Damaged and heavily soiled furniture throughout the property. Windows screwed shut where the handle had previously broken, filthy layer of dirt on outside of windows obscuring the view. Curtain poles fallen down and left in corner of room, no attempt to reinstate or repair. The air conditioner had at some point in history leaked heaving onto the fixed furniture and blown all the wood, laminate is heavily water damaged and no attempt to repair or replace. The whole experience is woefully disappointing as are the managing agents and booking.com failure to hold them to account for mis-selling.

Before booking, make sure to check the photos I’ve uploaded. Some places surprise you — but not in the way you’d hope. This was supposed to be a calm family trip — 5 adults and 4 kids, apartment booked via Booking.com, everything planned. But from the very beginning, things went wrong. We received a code to a key box — yet we couldn’t even get into the building. After several video and voice calls with the staff, we found out that one of the keychains was actually a fob for the main door. Fine, we got in. Inside — a living room with a kitchen and three locked bedrooms. The bathroom was filthy, with mold and bugs crawling on the rug in front of the shower, plus an insect spray standing next to the sink. That already said a lot. The key opened only one room. Inside: dirty, broken blinds, a scratched and damaged cabinet that looked like it came from a dumpster, and hanging wires — exactly as shown in other guests’ photos. The air conditioner was dripping water onto the floor. Two beds — okay, but still far from enough. Then we realized two bedroom keys were missing. After more calls, we received two wrong lockbox codes before finally getting the correct ones. In those rooms, there were 2x2 beds — a total of six sleeping spots. The staff insisted there were eight, saying two were in the living room — you can see them in the photos: no bedding, no pillows, no duvets. At night, something bit us. Everything looked as if the photos on Booking were taken twenty years ago. The grill was unusable. I asked for a 20% refund for the missing sleeping places — they said it was impossible. I do not recommend this place. Dirty, moldy, full of bugs, completely worn out — it’s not worth even half of what they charge. The view? What view, when everything else ruins it.

I’m leaving 1 star in every category to reflect the reality and hopefully warn others. On the positive side: the view and staff communication – quick, polite, and available at any hour. They really tried to help, but it felt like they had no idea what was actually happening inside. It was like opening Pandora’s box. This review is mainly due to the failure to provide at least eight prepared sleeping places with bedding, the refusal to refund for unfulfilled paid accommodations, and the lack of up-to-date photos of the property.

It looks better in photo! The bed linen is too colorful, the curtains are there, I think, to cover the dirty windows. And the furniture is old. May be you should renovate a little bit the room!

Be cautious when booking this apartment. Although it has three bedrooms, there is only one bathroom. The flat is located on the 9th floor, and unfortunately, the only elevator was out of order during our stay. The instructions for the key handover were confusing and incomplete. One of the bedrooms has no window—it’s an internal room built from part of the living area. In the middle of the night, an unknown woman entered our room after she was somehow able to unlock our door—apparently due to incorrect information provided by the host. The woman was supposed to stay in another bedroom, but her key also opened our door. There are many key boxes at the building entrance, and you have to try several before finding the correct one. Access to the next door requires a chip, which is not clearly explained in the instructions, and the chip looks like a simple marker. Information about the correct floor was also missing, so we had to try multiple floors and doors before finding the right apartment. Overall, the biggest issue was the unclear and confusing communication / provided instructions from the host.
