Sometimes the room service was not as prompt as desired

Only property passable to stay in Ayodhya for now till bigger brands like Taj and all start.

The price and quality of stay and experience is not at par, if this was not my only option i would not have paid 12000/- per night for those very average room’s offered. Towels and sheets were stained even after replacing them same stained ones.

1. Front desk staff not very cooperative or helpful, seemed preoccupied 2. Weird arrangement for air conditioning: could not control from room and had to keep calling front desk .. either not working or sooper cold blasts .. ultimately asked to switch off even that we could not do ourselves and used fan 3. Lots of mosquitoes outside in car park area. Entered the car instantly if door was opened 4. Packed breakfast was not what was decided upon and very basic. Not exactly expected for the rate the hotel was charging All in all just about ok ok stay for a night. Overpriced we thought.

THE HYGIENE IS PATHETIC, THE STAFF OBNOXIOUS AND ABOUT THE SERVICE HORRENDOUS

My check-in experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When I arrived, there was no staff available to assist with luggage. I had to unload my bags from the taxi myself and carry them all the way to the reception. I am 73 years old and have three broken vertebrae, yet the reception staff watched this happen and showed no concern or assistance. At the reception desk, the staff member was very casual and indifferent. During check-in, I was asked to pay the full amount upfront, which I did. However, when I reached my room, I discovered that it did not have a balcony, even though my reservation clearly included one. When I raised this issue with the reception, they claimed that my booking did not reflect a balcony. I showed them my Booking.com confirmation voucher stating that the reservation included a balcony, but resolving this took nearly two hours of discussions and repeated explanations. Eventually, I was offered another room with a balcony, but that room had a strong smell of fresh paint, so we refused to move in due to the discomfort. Only after I informed them that I would report my experience to Booking.com did the staff finally respond seriously. After about 4–5 hours, they eventually provided a suitable room with a balcony. Overall, the reception staff showed little regard for the guest’s concerns and displayed a very casual attitude throughout the ordeal. This was a highly unprofessional and disrespectful experience, and unfortunately it left a very poor impression. I will certainly never return and cannot recommend this property.
