All was fine

Hotel was clean, immaculate.

The room pictures are deceptive. Room was tiny, given pictures indicating a sofa etc which was absent. Hotel staff at breakfast couldn't cope with flux of guests. Its not a buffet breakfast. You have to order and wait.

The staff the stay and hotel cleanliness was really good. An excellent place for vegetarian.They also accommodate your needs.

The staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast was ok.

The property is not as good as mentioned. There is a big difference between the online price and the price they offered offline.

The facade and the lawns are good .

The whole experience started on a bad note when they asked rate for extra bed which was more than what Hyatt or Radisson charge . The staff was arrogant since they know about the scarcity of hotel rooms in Ayodhya . The state of the linen was terrible . It is as if the towels were old and worn out . The washroom small and congested . No water pressure in the shower. Unprofessional arrogant staff . The cost of breakfast too is exorbitant . It is price wise competing with a good five star , while the amenities and service match a 3 star property Overall a disappointing experience

Like the room though it’s far away from the temple. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, met Mr Sharma, the chef and thanked him. Mr Mukesh, I guess take care of the restaurant, was very pleasant and all the restaurants staffs are working as a team when I was observing them. Good luck to all.

The bathroom must be remodeled. As a star hotel, there is no room to keep it in the bathroom, like my shaving and my wife’s make up next to the wash basin. Biggest issue is, there is no holder in the shower to keep the soap, shampoo. All you need a corner shelf to hold the soap. Hope the management will look into it and give a more comfortable stay for upcoming guests.

We booked a Suite with balcony & they have given us a normal deluxe room. The problem was that I booked this hotel for my parents and they were traveling alone, so guess when my parents reach there the hotel staff saw then alone and though they would not know the difference between a deluxe room and Suite. However when I talked to the hotel and requested to change this room and give them as what I booked then they said they must have to wait as the room will be available not before 2:45 PM. Since my parents was already tired after travel hence they decided to take what they had given earlier (Delux Room) It's really a bad professionalism.
