Great property in the cool area of Grande Allée . 10 min walk to old Quebec. Lots of walkable restaurants

Beautifully presented room, extremely comfortable bed (particularly the pillows!), fantastic location and the restaurant was incredible.

The pressure in the shower! The only letdown of our stay - far, far too weak. Particularly at the price paid per night, I would expect at least a decent rainfall showerhead (especially given the size of the shower!)

There are sooo many stairs and no elevator . Not for people who have trouble with stairs . The desk is mainly unattended and most all communication is through text . The staff was friendly and accommodating with our needs to help with luggage .The music was on at night which kept us up. Good for some , but not us. The room and bathroom were very very small but clean and nicely decorated. Looked bigger and more livable in pictures . I probably didn’t do very good research .

For the price this property is missing service, amenities and what most other properties offer. They are slow to respond and there is no one at the property.

This was our second summer vacation staying here. The street is easily accessible once you come off the highway. There are plenty of restaurants for dinner, afternoon drinks and snacks and BREAKFAST is available up the street.!!! Walk to the old city, plains of Abraham and the art Museum. Uber easily accessible.

No real access from the parking lot. You can go through the restaurant but that disrupts them when they're serving lunch. Lack of an elevator is a challenge during checkin and checkout but wasn't enough to take away form the modern charm of the room and it's appointment.

Modern very clean quiet for sleeping. Comfortable Great location. Restaurant right there.

Limited parking and not knowing before booking that there was no space available, with good feedback, did find a space nearby.
