I had a lovely stay at this establishment for my anniversary. The staff were extremely efficient and responsive. The room was very modern and appeared newly renovated. The restroom was very brightly lit and fancy renovation.

It was absolutely beautiful! So romantic and clean, with a restaurant downstairs, a good one! Would highly recommend, would come back anytime! Thank you for having me, Catalina

Location and restaurant

They didn't tell me it was on the top floor and no elevator I'm a disabled vet

We stayed in suite 103 for three nights. The hotel’s location can’t be beat, and we had no issues with street noise as some have noted. Additionally, the room was tastefully designed and exactly as pictured on the website. Incredibly private and comfortable. We also enjoyed the convenience of being able to text with the virtual concierge for questions. Unfortunately, we are only rating this 3 stars. We booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary as it was marketed via their website as a luxury, 4-stars boutique hotel. However, the experience was more akin to staying at an Airbnb. Many of the services and amenities that are to be expected with a luxury hotel stay were missing: * Hotel services are basic: The concierge is virtual, meaning there is no staff on site. So expect the fulfillment of any request to be delayed. Additional services such as room service, valet parking, turn down service, and more are not offered. Valet would have been an especially nice touch since the $25/day parking is not on site. * Luggage: No staff is on site to assist with luggage. Though perhaps if we had requested in advance someone could have arrived to meet us. Regardless, no luggage cart is available to help bring your bags from the street into the hotel entrance. * No private entry: The hotel actually shares an entrance with the restaurant. This can make it awkward when hotel guests have to carry suitcases from the street, through the restaurant’s patio, maneuvering around restaurant patrons and servers with food/drinks in their hands during a busy dinner service. * Amenities are basic: In-room amenities were also basic. A robe, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion were provided. However, additional amenities that are customary in luxury hotels were not included. It would have been nice to have been provided bubbles/bath salts for the in-room bath tub and slippers to go with the robe, as well as other high-end amenities like shaving kit, shoe bags, etc. * Cleanliness and housekeeping: The cleanliness and housekeeping services have room for improvement. While the bed was made, trash removed, and towels restocked. But dirty glasses and empty bottles were left behind. The mini bar (which had the only water offered) was not restocked. * Access to water: No complimentary water is offered, which is customary in most hotels. We drank the two from the minibar for a charge, but it was not restocked during our stay. We requested more water from the virtual concierge, but since there is no staff on site, it was four hours until the water could be delivered. Please consider offering water to guests and/or adding a water refilling station inside the hotel. * Special request: The concierge offered rose petals in our room for $10 for our anniversary. However, they didn’t mention that the rose petals were artificial and made of plastic. I wouldn’t have paid for that had I known in advance. Please do not take us for snobs. We really enjoyed our stay. But for how the hotel portrays itself online and for nearly $400 a night to rent out the largest suite they offered, we had higher expectations for our accommodations.

Larger quantity of toiletries needed, overdesigned or complicated “techy” lights, curtains, toilet etc. There is loud music playing late into the night from the restaurant outside. White Noise machine was helpful

Great location. Very clean and updated rooms. “Staff” not on site but exceptionally helpful and prompt with assistance by phone when needed. The two attached restaurants are superb (but do not serve breakfast).

No elevator. You have to essentially walk up 3.5 flights of stairs from street level with your bags from to get to the second level rooms.
