Accommodations and location were just perfect

The hotel was a great experience. The location allowed us to walk into the center or the Old City with easy. The room was bright, updated and in great shape. Everything functioned as expected. One warning to older folks with limited mobility. There is no elevator and the stairs are numerous. The second floor is what we would call the third floor in the States. Our room looked over the street with a nice large window. The management was quick to respond to texts and emails. We never felt that having no one at a desk to check in was an issue. We would certainly consider using the hotel again.

This is a beautiful property and the room was lovely. Location was a short walk to upper area of Quebec, and perfectly positioned amongst bars and restaurants. Communication from the hotel was excellent, they regularly guide you before you check-in, during your stay and post stay. The restaurant next door is also amazing.

These weren't issues for me, but the room was up 2 flights of stairs, so be prepared if you have a heavy bag. Also, there are no staff on site, so if you want face to face interaction it isn't available.

Great location with fabulous restaurant in the premises. Felt like pure luxury.

What a great stay! Although the property is completely self check in, we felt like there was always someone available for the few questions we did have. Great location! Awesome room, incredible dining experience at Ophelia located below. We will be back. Thank you!

Love the concept ! Ophelia restaurant was cool and tasteful. Would recommend.

Walk to everything; great location. Beautiful property with top notch finishes. We loved everything about it. Only downside was that the check in process was a bit disjointed but once that was wrapped up, it was fantastic.
