"Parking is dreadful, too many stairs to negotiate, poir cleaning regime"

No pre warning of 6 flights of stairs to access the apartment. No signage in the lobby, hard to locate the apartment on arrival. It said parking on the booking site, which I foolishly thought was onsite! The parking in the area is abysmal and so very stressful. I rode around the area for three quarters of an hour to try to find a parking slot, there were none! I ended up paying to park for 24 hrs on 3 of the 5 days we were there at considerable cost to myself not to mention the incredible stress this caused. It was a total nightmare trying to get the luggage to the apartment and then to be faced with 6 flights if stairs!!! The apartment is in need of a darn good deep clean.

"Excellent location felt let down by false advertisement."

The location was excellent and the heating was good throughout the apartment. Bed was comfortable.

It was advertised that a hair dryer was provided and this was not. Was told they wouldn't provide one so why advertise this. This has been left on reviews from last year also so why not remove this from the advertisement. Having children this was not ideal.

Amazing view from apartment. Everything we needed was present. Comfortable.

There's a lot of steps to get to the room, unavoidable but a killer after a long day walking! The view makes up for it though.

Location was good, and good value for money.

Lack of some smaller amenities like a hairdryer (described on listing), washing up liquid etc… Corridor outside the property had severe water damage.

Very convenient location, with all the facilities you might need in the kitchen. They seem to have thought of everything. WiFi is excellent too.

The communal areas of the building are drab, it's all a bit off-putting until you set foot in the apartment.
