Everything was close by.

The swimming pool had no boiling system.

The location right next to the shopping complex was great with many food and convenience options at your doorstep. Had a nice view of the Dandenong ranges in the distance and lovely communal garden. Beds were super comfy and everything was clean. Kitchen is great and laundry and fridge neatly hidden behind tall cupboard doors. Albert is excellent with communication if there are any issues that arise and is very quick to sort any issues as well. We had a minor issue behind Albert and Jenny’s control and they got on to it instantly.

To no fault of the wonderful hosts, the complexes pool heating was broken for our stay which was a very big part of the reason we chose to stay here and the pool was too cold to swim in without it. So not any issues with our apartment, but more the complex. But I guess these things happen.

Great location. Very comfortable bed & bedding. Although the room is located near to the lift, the room was blissfully quite. All streaming services available on TV.

The check-in process is a nightmare, unless you are travelling with a navigator/passenger & all up, took 70 mins. Upside is once you have experienced it, you then know it, in the event you stay again. Negotiating it as a single guest/vehicle driver, arriving in the hours of darkness, on a busy Saturday night, staying for 1 night only, I found it infuriating. I had to circle the block 4 times to find a parking spot, to then meet the 'concierge' at the front door (having had to text & ring previously), take the lift together upstairs to the room, then return to my car, locate the correct entrance to the neighbouring carpark, then locate the correct turn-offs & then find a faintly numbered, single car parking bay, located in a non-sequentially allocated position. By the time I got upstairs with my luggage, I was angry & the shopping centre food-court next door, was closed (now after 9pm!). Whilst tidy, I did not feel that the apartment was 'clean'. It was very clear to see where a cloth has been wiped across bathroom surfaces & where it has not.

Location was great. Close to food, shopping, and train station. Parking available. Manager Albert was responsive and prompt.
