Nice view and the apartment was spacious. Jenny was very friendly.

The apartment was very unclean, the bathroom not very clean at all too many things to list but very unhygienic. The entire apartment looked like it had not been professionally cleaned. Cobwebs on window frames in bedroom and walls & carpet marked and dirty looking. Balcony door handle broken, doona on bed very thin with linen that had hole in it and sheets of poor quality, was not warm enough and no extra blankets for beds provided. Car parking is ridiculous to find as zero signage and checking in and checking out procedures are very annoying. Nothing about this stay was easy and convenient it's alot of b/s when you're away and wish to relax in a clean apartment. Feedback given so host can improve the guest experience hopefully, as all they need is a professional cleaner and a little maintenance, however i see previous reviews now (should hv read b4 booking) and they have failed to improve this for their guests. In this case they don't value guest comfort or their guests reviews just the $..... hmmm 🫤

Fantastic location with shopping centre and restaurants close by. Pool and steam room were great. Beautiful gardens on the property. Lovely bright and roomy apartment.

The place was quite grubby when we arrived. Benches, splashback and stovetop were dirty, there was food scraps in one of the drawers and the stovetop had food crumbs still there. The dishcloths were used. In the bathroom the shampoo and conditioner bottle had brown scum on them. Some of the furniture was damaged. A sheet in one of the bedrooms had a hole in it. Would have been good to have 2 keys as we couldn't go anywhere independently.
