Great location, well equiped with everything for a small family and great facilities.

Wasn’t able to access friend on other floors!

Extremely quiet location. Clean. Mall right next door made finding food options easy.

The location!

Doona’s could be a bit bigger and warmer. There were quite a few dirty things; smudges, fingerprints, hair etc that made us aware of someone else’s existence before us. Extra towels available for pool use would be handy.

late check in.. was supposed to be 2 pm didn't get in till 430. I was told I woukd get extra time to check out to balance out time I lost that I paid for but wasn't given that in the end

Lovely apartments, well-situated in our required location. Excellent dining choices in the shopping precinct immediately outside the accommodation.

The parking situation (pass- and key-fob activated set parking bays) with only a single set of keys was challenging to manage.

In terms of location, this property is perfect if you're looking to be around the main shops and where all the food is located. Cleanliness was perfect, along with the very handy kitchen utensils. Most importantly, the communication with Albert was immaculate. He was very accommodating, aswell as very punctual. Couldn't be any happier with this level of service.

All in honesty, the views during night time and sunrise is immaculate! Perfect location for it. During day time, you still get a nice view of the garden, depending on what you wish to see.
