It was great until the owner or manager decided they weren’t going to abide by the emotional support animal protections in federal law and changed me for having my emotional support animal in the room. I even sent them the page on the states website where it clearly states that emotional support animals are exempt from any pet fee with the exception of damage caused by the animal, in this case there was absolutely no damage. It was just a way to squeeze more revenue out of a guest. I didn’t even stay my third night because of it and yet they still charged me the pet fee!

The entrance to the room we got was nice and semi-private from the rest of the rooms. It met our needs, which was a place to sleep.

It is/was something to get used to the non-checkin desk. Using the touchpad to retrieve a key is not the typical way we are used to checking in; however, it surely could be a way of the future.

Excellent shower and bed. Very clean and comfortable.

It was fine. Remotely managed which was weird, fridge didn't work ice machine didn't work, room was clean as far as could tell and the bed was comfortable enough for what i needed.

First time ever using the automated service. It was pretty neat, but I like human interfacing as well lol All in all it was a pretty neat experience.
